As the founder of Busy Writing, Inc., SONYA CATO HOWARD’s focus is to help others to be empowered for change, have a positive self-image, and break through the bondage of pain. Her program Pathway to Freedom’s mission is to help people to overcome their hurt, move past their pain, to gain inner freedom.
